The Partnership works as a brains trust, offering a unique, cost-effective modality.
We offer a team of highly -skilled practitioners who can deliver results as individually contracted experts.
As a group we also offer off-the-shelf products including independent evaluations, strategy development, campaign and communications development, project design, project monitoring and project trouble-shooting.
The Platinum Partnership comprises six senior governance, electoral and development-focused project management and communications experts from Australia, South Africa, Nigeria, Germany and Ireland. The linkages and collaboration between our team members go back more than 25 years, across 30 countries.
Contracts are concluded at an individual level, but team members have access to the specialised collective knowledge, skills and expertise of Partnership members to ensure robust and challenged inputs in the drafting and delivery of reports, management services, evaluations and analysis.
Work options and modalities are discussed collectively. Clients are welcome to negotiate the services of Partnership members under discrete contractual arrangements or may wish to engage, one, more, or all of the team.
This cost-effective model excludes management fees otherwise payable to contracting agents while having access to a significantly broader source of thematic and specialist expertise than a single, individual consultant may be able to provide.
